- Sh. Parmod Gupta – Managing Director – He is the Chairman and Whole time director of the Company. He is also one of our promoters of our Company and has been associated with our Company since its incorporation. He pursued Bachelors of Arts (BA) from Government College for Boys, Ludhiana in 1974. He has an experience of more than 47 years in the infrastructure building which is considered to be the basis of growth. Besides this, he is methodical and meticulous in ensuring open deliberations on any subject of significance. Under his able & matured leadership, the company consolidated its strength in forging with expansions within a short span of time.
- Sh. Rajan Mittal – Managing Director – He is the Managing director of the Company. He is also one of our promoters of our Company and has been associated with our Company since its incorporation. He pursued Bachelors of Science from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar in 1988. He has an experience of more than 32 years in the forged & machined component business. He leads from the front and is driving force behind the group. Possessing a never say – die spirit, he acted as a torch bearer to sail the company smoothly.
- Mr. Ansh Jain He is the Independent Director of our Company. He has passed the Company secretary from Institute of Companies Secretaries of India in the year 2017. He has working experience of more than 5 years in various organisations.
- Navneet Kaur She is the Independent Director of our Company. She has passed the Company secretary from Institute of Companies Secretaries of India in the year 2016. She has working experience of more than 8 years in Economic and Labour Laws, Securites Law and Corporate Laws.
- Mr. Bhupinder Singh He is the Independent Director of our Company. He has Completed his M. Com from Panjab University Chandigarh in year 2014. He has working experience of more than 8 years in various accounting and taxation matters
