In a bold move toward industrial sustainability, Forge Auto International has implemented a dense green belt using the Miyawaki plantation technique a Japanese afforestation method known for its rapid and regenerative impact. We’ve planted over 5,000 native trees across our facility’s premises. This thriving pocket forest is expected to offset more than 16,000 tons of CO₂ emissions over its lifecycle, helping us balance our carbon footprint naturally.

We’ve installed transparent roofing sheets in key areas, which allow sunlight in during the day. This has helped us reduce the need for electric lighting and cut down on energy use.
Our rooftop solar panels supply about 60% of the plant’s electricity and reduce over 70 tonnes of carbon emissions every year.
We’re planting trees along 2 km of our boundary and expanding greenhouse sheds to lower dust levels and improve air quality.
We’re building a system that can store 500 cubic meters of rainwater. This will reduce our use of groundwater by 40%.
We’re testing a system that captures heat from our forging machines to warm up water used in other processes, saving energy.
